At Moxie Mind & Body we are committed to helping you build a stronger and healthier mind and body through superior quality training in the classical Pilates method. We encourage you to have moxie when reaching personal goals and facing new challenges not only within our studio walls, but in your everyday life.
We are a fully equipped Classical Pilates studio located in downtown Pittsburgh’s Market Square. We offer Pilates private, duet, and semi-private sessions by appointment. MOVIE PREMIER EVENT:
On Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, Moxie Mind & Body partnered with The Pilates Body, another Pittsburgh area pilates studio, to host the Pittsburgh premier of the documentary film "A Movement of Movement." Profits from the event will be donated to Let's Move Pittsburgh, a collaborative effort of organizations in Pittsburgh committed to addressing childhood obesity in our region.
